Tiredness does not always mean low libido, but poor sleep and low energy can reduce the time, attention and motivation available for intimacy.
Start with sleep consistency
A regular sleep and wake time can be more sustainable than occasional catch-up sleep. Reduce late-night screens, heavy meals and alcohol when they disturb rest.
Move for general wellbeing
Choose activity you can repeat: walking, resistance training, cycling or swimming. The aim is a stable routine, not a short burst of overtraining.
Look at alcohol honestly
Alcohol may reduce inhibition in the short term but can also affect sleep, mood and sexual function. Notice patterns rather than assuming it helps.
Avoid “quick-fix” expectations
One product cannot replace sleep, communication, medical assessment or a sustainable routine. Treat supplements as optional additions, not the foundation.
